TERMS & CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, deliveries and services provided by BCult de Oliveira Haddouche. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms:

• Conclusion of contract: A contract is formed once the customer places an order in the online shop and receives an order confirmation.

• Prices: All prices are stated in CHF. BCult de Oliveira Haddouche is currently not subject to VAT.

• Shipping: BCult currently delivers exclusively within Switzerland. Orders are shipped via Swiss Post. The standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch.

• Shipping costs: Shipping costs CHF 8.90 for orders below CHF 120. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 120 or more.

• Payment: Payments are made in advance using the payment methods available in the online shop. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

• Right of withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 15 days after receiving the goods, provided that the products are unused and in their original packaging.

• Refunds: For approved returns, refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods, using the original payment method.

• Jurisdiction: Zurich, Switzerland.

• Late payment: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees.
