Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@bcult.ch with your order number and the reason for the return.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us before returning it so that we can assist you.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
