Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods: BCult accepts secure payments via Stripe. The payment methods available to the customer are displayed at checkout.

Payment timing: Payment is made at the time the order is placed. Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.

Payment security: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. BCult does not store customers’ complete payment card details.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued through the payment method used for the original order, in accordance with our Return Policy
